Chandigarh, November 3, 2026:AÁiseonic, a project by Dhir Constructions & Vamana Group, organised ‘Roshni Ka Bazaar’ on November 3, 2026, at the Riseonic project site as part of itsA Diwali campaign, ‘Iss Diwali Dil Roshan Karte Hain’. The initiative brought together the festiveA spirit of Diwali, traditional Indian craftsmanship and community participation, with a specialA focus on recognising and supporting local Kumhaars and handicraft artisans from across the Tricity.

Speaking about the initiative, Amit Kumar Gulati on behalf of Team Riseonic, said, “Diwali is notA only about illuminating our homes; it is also about bringing light into the lives of people aroundA us. Through ‘Iss Diwali Dil Roshan Karte Hain’, we wanted to celebrate the hands andA craftsmanship behind some of our most cherished festive traditions. Roshni Ka Bazaar was ourA effort to give local Kumhaars and artisans greater visibility, appreciation and an opportunity toA connect directly with the community.”
As part of the campaign, Riseonic commissioned one lakh diyas from local Kumhaars andA artisans, providing direct support to traditional craftspeople whose handmade creations remainA an integral part of Diwali celebrations.
A key highlight of the event was Roshni Ka Bazaar, a dedicated marketplace where local artisansA showcased and sold their handmade products directly to visitors. The platform enabled peopleA to discover traditional crafts while supporting the artisans and their livelihoods through directA purchases.
The event also showcased ‘Dhara’, a short film that captured the lives, stories andA craftsmanship of the artisans, offering audiences a closer look at the people and processesA behind traditional handmade products.
Another major attraction was Tricity’s biggest diya, displayed at the Riseonic site as a symbol ofA collective celebration, hope and the campaign’s message of spreading light beyond one’s ownA home.
The initiative also extended support to families in Kumhaar Colony. Visitors were encouraged toA contribute through a donation box and participate in the larger effort to bring festive happinessA and support to artisan families.
Through Roshni Ka Bazaar, Riseonic sought to create a meaningful connection between theA community and the craftspeople who keep traditional skills alive. The event reinforced the ideaA that the true spirit of Diwali goes beyond lighting homes; it lies in bringing happiness, dignity and opportunities to the people whose craftsmanship makes our celebrations special.
