The Department of Commerce, Rayat Bahra University Mohali, in association with SEBI, successfully organized an Investor Awareness Program for students and faculty on 15th October, 2025.
The program aimed to educate participants about various investment avenues, risk management, and financial planning. Expert speakers Mr.Surinder Verma Chairman of Citizens Awareness Group and Ms. Himani Lath, SEBI smart trainer shared insights on stock market investing, mutual funds, and digital payment systems.
Key highlights of the program included:

The program received an overwhelming response, with participants engaging in interactive sessions and Q&A discussions.
