From Bengal Triumph to Chandigarh Resolve: BJP Celebrates Historic Victory, Sets Sights on Winning All 35 Municipal Seats

At the Bharatiya Janata Party, Chandigarh State Office, Kamalam, Sector 33, a grand and enthusiastic celebration was held today under the leadership of State President Jitender Pal Malhotra to mark the party’s resounding victory in West Bengal. The entire परिसर was filled with a festive atmosphere as office bearers and workers from booth level to state level gathered in large numbers to celebrate this historic win together.

On this prestigious occasion, National Vice President Saudan Singh, State President Jitender Pal Malhotra, Rajya Sabha MP Satnam Singh Sandhu, former MP Kirron Kher, former State President and currently Co-Incharge of Himachal Pradesh Sanjay Tandon, and former State President Arun Sood were specially present. The presence of senior leaders added immense energy and pride to the event.
The program witnessed remarkable enthusiasm, pride, and energy among the workers. The खुशी was clearly visible on the faces of all attendees, who credited this victory to the strong foundation of nationalist ideology and organizational strength. Under the leadership of the State President, the event further boosted the morale of workers and showcased the unity of the organization.
Addressing the gathering, National Vice President Saudan Singh infused new energy among the workers by stating, “Bengal has been won, now it is Punjab’s turn.” His powerful statement electrified the entire hall. State President Jitender Pal Malhotra, while motivating the workers, said, “The Bengal victory has multiplied the morale of our workers, and now it is time to script history by winning all 35 seats of the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation in December.”
In the same sequence, Rajya Sabha MP Satnam Singh Sandhu, in his impactful address, said, “The historic victory in Bengal has infused new energy across the nation, and now the time has come to hoist the flag of victory in Punjab as well.” His inspiring call filled the atmosphere with determination and confidence.
A highlight of the celebration was the vibrant display of joy, where workers celebrated by bursting firecrackers and lighting fireworks. Adding a cultural touch, workers prepared traditional Bengali delicacy ‘Jhal Muri’ with their own hands and distributed it among everyone, sharing the joy of this historic victory. This unique gesture enriched the event with cultural harmony and filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm and happiness.
Throughout the program, slogans like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram” resonated, creating a deeply patriotic and energetic environment. Workers celebrated with dhol-baje and sweets, congratulating each other on this grand success.
This grand event clearly demonstrated that the Bharatiya Janata Party’s organization is strong at the grassroots level, and the dedication and hard work of its workers remain its greatest strength.
