16 April, New Delhi, The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region successfully organised its Annual Meeting 2026 alongside The Future India Summit on 16 April in New Delhi, under the theme “Navigating Change. Driving Growth.” The summit served as a strategic platform to examine the evolving economic landscape and outline pathways for sustained and inclusive growth.
Recognizing the region’s growing significance in India’s development trajectory, the summit highlighted emerging opportunities shaping its future. Deliberations spanned critical areas such as the rise of new growth corridors, the role of youth-led innovation, and the importance of enhancing global competitiveness. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and forward-looking strategies, the discussions presented actionable insights aimed at supporting India’s next phase of economic expansion. It brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to deliberate on strengthening Northern India’s role as a key driver of the nation’s economic progress.
The programme featured an inaugural session, followed by three plenary sessions that explored distinct themes that revolved around identifying unexplored territories as new centres of growth, empowering youth as builders of India’s 2047 vision, and embedding sustainability at the core of industrial advancement. Collectively, these sessions fostered meaningful dialogue and contributed to a shared understanding of how to navigate change while accelerating growth in an increasingly dynamic global environment.
