Pramod Kashyap retires as Private Secretary after 39 years of service

Chandigarh/Panchkula Nov 27 – Pramod Kashyap, Private Secretary in the Police Department, Haryana retired on Friday after attaining the age of superannuation. He joined the Department in 1981 and served it for more than 39 years in different capacities.

Presently Mr Pramod was serving as Private Secretary to DGP, Haryana. He performed his duties honestly and sincerely throughout his service.

Following the social distancing norms, a felicitation ceremony on his retirement was organized in the presence of DGP Haryana Sh Manoj Yadava at Police Headquarters where ADGP Law and Order Sh. Navdeep Virk, ADGP Mrs. Kala Ramachandran, DIG Mr. Rakesh Arya and other staff members were present.

Terming his contribution as unforgettable, the DGP described him as a multi-faceted talented person who always performed his duty with honesty and sincerity.

It is noteworthy that Mr. Pramod, a native of Kurukshetra district, joined the Haryana Police Department as a Clerk in the year 1981. During his service, he served in various branches while holding several key posts in the Police department. He did commendable services during his tenure as a Private Secretary with seven Director Generals of Police.

On this occasion, Mr. Pramod thanked all senior officers and staff members for their cooperation during the service.
