Chandigarh, July 8:  Rural Development and Panchayats Minister Mr Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa today expressed the hope that the issues on which the Panthic organisations are staging dharna at Bargari would be amicably resolved soon.

He stated this after formal meeting with representatives of these organisations at Bargari earlier in the day on the directions of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.

He said the interaction took place in a very cordial atmosphere with both the sides reposing mutual trust. Both the sides neared solution following detailed discussions on almost all the issues paving the way for final resolution.

Mr Bajwa said he would submit the detailed report to the Chief Minister who would take the final call.

Besides having detailed discussions with the seven member panel set up by the Panthic organisations, he also had one-on-one talks with Jathedar Dhian Singh Mand. He said all those involved in dialogue favoured early solution.
