Honour for PU Professor

Chandigarh sunita shastri :Professor Harsh Nayyar, Department of Botany is conferred with a Prestigious ‘Prof. K.K. Nanda Oration award’ for his research contributions, at a recently held International Conference on ‘Prospects of Plant Physiology for Climate Proofing Agriculture’ (December 6-7, 2020). Prof. Nayyar has been working on developing stress-tolerant Pulses, in collaboration with many premier national and international organizations. He has also been recently listed among top 2% Indian scientists, in a global ranking, in a survey, done by Stanford University, USA, recently.
