Chandigarh.20th September,2021: Regarding proficiency test of outsourced staff, as decided vide note No. PA/Secy-Health/2021/237 dated 15.09.2021, some of the vested interests are trying to mislead the outsourced staff.
The outsourced staff who are punctual, working with sincerity, discipline and
serving with utmost devotion are need not to worry. None of such outsourced staff is being dis-engaged even in case of minor deficiency in performance during the proficiency test. In addition to proficiency, the other factors like duration of engagement, performance and punctuality etc are of greater importance and are always taken care of.
However, we are responsible to provide good medical care and attention to the patients. Accordingly, indiscipline, non-punctuality and non-performance
which may lead to deficiency in service to patients cannot be compromised.
