Chandigarh, May 6, 2023 – Keshav Smarak committee conducted a program at Tagore Theatre in sector 18, Chandigarh to felicitate ex-servicemen soldiers. The event was held to honor the contribution and sacrifices made by the soldiers towards the nation.

The cultural program showcased various performances by local artists, highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the country. The program aimed to bring awareness about the importance of honoring and remembering the sacrifices made by the soldiers in maintaining the country’s sovereignty.

The Governor of Punjab and Administrator U.T Sh. Banwarilal Purohit graced the event as the chief guest alongwith Kuldeep Chand Agnihotri,ex chancellor, Central University,Himachal Pradesh.
On this occasion sh Purohit emphasized the importance of recognizing the valor and courage of the soldiers and expressed his gratitude towards them for safeguarding the nation’s security.

The felicitation ceremony was conducted to recognize the contribution and sacrifices made by the ex-servicemen soldiers towards the country. The soldiers were honored for their selfless service and dedication towards the nation.

The Amrit Mahotsav organizing committee expressed their sincere gratitude towards the ex-servicemen soldiers and thanked them for their services. The program aimed to inspire and motivate the younger generation to take up the noble profession of serving the country.
