Chandigarh -18.1.22- Case FIR No. 1 dated 04.01.2022 u/s 7 PC Act has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Sh. Bhanwar Singh R/o Satnali district Mohindergarh against Amit Kumar Naib Terhsildar and Sombir Registry Clerk Tehsil Satnali district Mohindergarh for demanding illegal gratification Rs. 14,000/- ( Rs 7000/- per sale deed) lieu of registered of two sale deeds in the favor of Smt. Pushpa Devi wife of complainant and others.
Accused Amit Kumar Naib Tehsildar Satnali has been trapped and arrested while accepting illegal gratification of Rs. 14,000/- on 18.01.2022 by Insp. Nawal Kishore I/C SVB Unit Narnaul in the presence of Sh. Budh Ram EE DHBVNL Mohindergarh, Duty Magistrate. Accused Amit Kumar Naib Tehsildar and Sombir registry Clerk have also accept bribe money of Rs. 35,000/- on 28.12.2021 from complainant in lieu of registered the five sale deeds .
