Blood Donation Camp organized under Seva Pakhwada at DAV College
Chandigarh, September 17:
As part of Seva Pakhwada, a Blood Donation Camp was organized today at NSS DAV College, Sector-10, in collaboration with NIFAA and Kartavynisht Yuva. Students and volunteers participated with great enthusiasm, making the event a success.
A total of 160 donors came forward to donate blood during the camp.
The program was held under the guidance of Principal Dr. Mona Narang.
The NSS Program Officers – Dr. Kashma Sharma, Dr. Nitesh Goyal, Dr. Raghav Khanna, and Dr. Yogita Pathania – actively coordinated the camp.
Student leaders Hargun Kaur, Aadi Sharma, Anmol Randhawa, Harsh Chauhan, and Rachit Jain also played a key role in the success of the initiative.
On this occasion, BJP Chandigarh State President Jitender Pal Malhotra, Former State President Sanjay Tandon, State General Secretary Sanjeev Rana, and Media Advisor Ravi Rawat were present to motivate and encourage the donors.
State President Jitender Pal Malhotra said:
“It fills me with pride to witness the enthusiasm of the youth in today’s blood donation camp under Seva Pakhwada at DAV College. This is the true service to humanity. On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji’s birthday, such contributions in the service of society further strengthen the nation’s values and spirit.”
The camp became a symbol of service and dedication, with the youth’s active participation setting an inspiring example.
