On PM Modi’s Birthday, Chandigarh Pledges Service — 734 People Donated Blood

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, six grand blood donation camps were organized across different locations in Chandigarh under the Seva Pakhwada initiative. In these camps, 734 citizens came forward to donate blood, setting an inspiring example of social service.

State President Jitendra Pal Malhotra personally visited all the camps, motivated the donors, and addressed the gathering. He said, “Blood donation is the greatest human duty. By donating blood, one not only saves a life but also strengthens the spirit of service and cooperation in society.” Referring to the life and dedication of PM Modi, Malhotra added that programs like Seva Pakhwada highlight BJP’s commitment to positive politics and public welfare.

During the event, Malhotra also presented certificates to the blood donors and appreciated their contribution. He noted that the record participation of 734 donors reflects the deep sense of responsibility among the people of Chandigarh towards society and the nation.

The program witnessed the presence of State General Secretary Rambeer Bhatti, Seva Pakhwada Convenor Sanjeev Rana, Co-Convenors Dr. Naresh Panchal, Bharat Singh, and Indira Singh. Along with them, all district presidents and mandal presidents actively participated in the event and ensured the success of the blood donation drive.

Convenor Sanjeev Rana coordinated the event and said that celebrating PM Modi’s birthday as Seva Pakhwada is a matter of pride for the party. He emphasized that such initiatives bring new energy and positivity into society.

Women, youth, and elderly citizens enthusiastically joined the camps, giving a clear message that PM Modi’s vision and ideals are deeply respected across all sections of society. Besides blood donation, awareness was also spread about health and social responsibility.

The event not only highlighted the importance of blood donation but also strengthened organizational unity and community values. The success of these camps proves that citizens of Chandigarh stand ready to serve society and the nation with dedication.
