Chandigarh BJP had a grand celebration at Kamalam, Sector 33 this evening for the oath-taking ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He will take oath as the PM for third straight term.
On the guidance of Chandigarh BJP President Jatinder Pal Malhotra, a celebration event was organised at the party office where a large number of workers came.
The oath-ceremony was shown live on a big screen. Workers distributed ladoos on the ocassion and hugged each other as Modiji took a pledge for office.
Dholis were also called the party office for celebration. The BJP workers danced to the beats of dhols during the swearing in cerremony. Many of them also hailed Modji.
Chants of Jai Shri Ram and Modji ki Jai reverberated in the air as oath-taking ceremony proccedings progressed. Chants of Modiji ko Jai Shri Ram, Jai Shri Ram were also heard. The BJP workers also distributed sweets in their respective booths.
“Modji will complete all the reamining works in his third term and make the country proud once again in the world. We feel proud to see him taking the charge of the country for the third time,” said BJP workers present on the occasion.
