Boys Hostel-2 in association with Department of NSS, Panjab University has organized a Special cleanliness drive at Boys Hostel-2, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Dr. Tilak Raj, Warden Boys Hostel-2 along with Dr. Anuj Kumar (Programme officers), and Dr. Vivek Kumar, Chairperson, Centre for Medical Physics and Programme Officer, have inspired the residents of the hostel to maintain cleanliness in surroundings areas of the hostel and discussed about the importance of cleanliness and personal hygiene in their lives. Around 70 participants including staff, cleaners, residents and NSS volunteers attended the event. The efforts of students and volunteers were well appreciated.
