With surging COVID-19 numbers, PGIMER revises tele-consultation registration timings for OPD patients from earlier 08:00 to 09:30 AM to 08:00 to 09:00 AM
Due to the surge in COVID-19 positive patients here in PGIMER, the tele-consultation registration timings for outdoor patients have been revised from earlier 08:00 to 09:30 AM to 08:00 to 09:00 AM with effect from today.
Prof. Ashok Kumar, Official Spokesperson, PGIMER stated, “These are extremely challenging circumstances and the change in tele-consultation registration timings for OPD patients comes in the wake of large influx of COVID-19 positive patients here in the institute. The resources are being channelized accordingly to cope with the ongoing situation.”
The decision was taken in a meeting held under the Chairmanship of Prof. Jagat Ram, Director, PGIMER on 27th April regarding creation of more space and other logistic arrangements in view of the surging COVID-19 numbers.
