Chandigarh, Oct 8 – Haryana Police today recovered 5 kg 100 gram of charas from a plot in Rohtak district.
Giving this information here today, a Haryana Police spokesperson informed that a police team got a tip-off about smuggling of narcotics by a person in village Nigana. Upon getting information, the police team raided the location and recovered 5 kg 100 gram charas from 10 packets from a plot located in front of the accused house.
The accused identified as Balraj alias Bittu is also a history-sheeter of Kalanaur police station. Around 11 cases pertaining to theft and Arms act were already registered against him in different police stations.
A case under NDPS Act has been registered and raids are being conducted to nab the accused.
