We are delighted to share that Dr. Ashok Agarwal, Founder Trustee of the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur announced the opening of S. D. Gupta School of Public Health at the IIHMR University on – 5th October 2020 – the 36th Foundation Day of the Indian Institute of Health Management Research.
On this occasion Dr. Agarwal said – IIHMR University is all set to prepare the next generation of public health leaders. The school is dedicated to our current Chairperson of the IIHMR University Dr.S.D.Gupta for his significant contribution in promoting public health education globally.Building on its 36 years long legacy of the Indian Institute of Health Management Research in transforming management of health systems, the S.D. Gupta School of Public Health will primarily focus on preparing future leadership and build public health capacity and skill with emphasis on public health practice to meet the challenges of 21st Century and bridge the gap in public health education and practices.
