Seniority List of all the employees of the Chandigarh Housing Board, in a booklet form, was released by Shri Manoj Parida, IAS, Adviser to the Administrator-cum- Chairman of the CHB. While releasing the book-let, he stated that fairness and transparency in establishment matters is the key of success in Human Resource Management in any organization. Settlement of various issues like inter-se seniority based on rules/regulations reduced the conflicts within the organization. The CEO, Secretary, Chief Engineer of the Chandigarh Housing Board and the Director (PR) of the UT Administration were present on this occasion.
The booklet will be provided to each of the employee of the Chandigarh Housing Board to bring more transparency in promotions and other service matters. A copy of the seniority booklet is also being uploaded on the website of the
CHB.
