Chandigarh.10 December,2020:A training of Lady Health Supervisors in “Respectful Maternity Care” was carried out in State Institute of Health and Family Welfare in GMSH 16.
21 LHVs attended the training where various aspects of respectful behaviour were discussed in various stages of pregnancy such as antenatal period, during labour and after delivery.
The training was imparted by the District Family Welfare officer and Faculty from School of Public Health PGIMER. The LHVs were sensitised through Video’s, role plays and short presentations.
