Sunil Rane inaugurates 3-day national level IEEE Techithon’26 at Atharva University
Chandigarh: Marking the beginning of a landmark celebration of research, technology, and innovation, Sunil Rane founder & chancellor of Atharva University, Mumbai inaugurated 3-day national level IEEE Techithon’26–MIRA-AI on Wednesday.
Vedant Ahluwalia, CEO-Dataviv Technologies and chief guest highlighted the transformative role of data-driven intelligence, innovation-led entrepreneurship, and industry–academia collaboration in shaping future technologies.
During the occasion, Sunil Rane announced scholarships and funding support for select meritorious student projects thus reaffirming Atharva University’s commitment to innovation-led excellence.
Themed as ‘From Thought to Innovation’, the event in featuring 110+ project exhibits from across India, a national-scale hackathon involving 500+ students and 100 external teams, along with Tech and TED Talks and multiple high-energy technical events, positioning IEEE Techithon’26 as a defining platform for nurturing future-ready engineers and young innovators.
