Session of Quality of Service held
Citizens Awareness Group in Association with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India organised a Consumer Awareness Program on ‘ Quality of Service at Post Graduate Govt Girls college in Sector 42 Chandigarh. In this Workshop 160 NSS Volunteers and NSS Cordinators participated.
Representatives of leading Telecom Service providers Ɓ S N L , Vodafone, Airtel and Reliance jio also attended this session
. The workshop aimed to raise Awareness about Consumer Rights and Responsibilities and to solve the common problems faced by the Consumers in their daily lives .Students were also educated on latest Cyber frauds and and were asked to use different apps of DoT and TRAI to be safe and secure.
Surinder Verma Chairman Citizens Awareness Group in his opening remarks highlighted that C A G is National Organization regd in 1994 working continuously for Quality of Service.
Mrs Mohinder Kataria Secretary General Citizens Awareness Group hosted this event and emphasized on the importance of staying Alert and attentive always and report any suspicious incident to police without any delay.
At the end Chairman Sh.Surinder Verma felicitated NSS Cordinators for helping to organize this Workshop.
