India Post Launches ‘Gyan Post’ Service
Chandigarh, 07 May: India Post has launched a new service called ‘Gyan Post’ to promote the easy and affordable transmission of knowledge-based materials across the country.
The ‘Gyan Post’ service is specially designed to carry educational, social, cultural, and religious materials at a very reasonable cost. This initiative reflects India Post’s continued commitment to support education and reach learners in every corner of the country.
Starting from 1st May 2025, the ‘Gyan Post’ service is now available at all post offices in the Chandigarh Division.
India Post encourages all educational institutions, cultural and social organizations, and individuals to make use of this new service to share knowledge and information widely and effectively.
The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for using the ‘Gyan Post’ service is available on the official website of India Post at www.indiapost.gov.in.
