Advanced oncology clinic launched at Shalby Hospital Mohali
Chandigarh: A state-of-the-art oncology clinic was launched at Shalby Hospital Mohali on Saturday. The clinic was launched by Deep Inder Kaur Shergill, a philanthropist and social worker who is actively associated with several cancer awareness initiatives.
The clinic is designed to provide holistic cancer care, with a strong focus on early diagnosis, prevention, and personalized treatment.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ashwani Kumar Sachdeva senior consultant surgical oncology said that the clinic is equipped to address both physical and mental well-being through multidisciplinary treatment plans.
The clinic is not just a facility, it’s a promise to continue caring, healing, and advancing with compassion, said Dr. Priya Dwivedi, consultant oncology.
The launch also introduced special cancer screening packages for early detection and preventive care, encouraging the community to take proactive steps towards timely diagnosis.
