Hindustan Scouts and Guides Chandigarh’s elections : Dr. Pawan Kumar Sharma elected as President
Chandigarh. National Executive of Hindustan Scouts and Guides 2022- 25 elections held. During the unanimous election process, Dr. Pawan Kumar Sharma was elected unanimously for the post of President, Dr. Anil Pathak, Dr. Vibha Ray, Jaspal Singh and Principal Pooja Prakash for the post of Vice-President, Ravindra Talwar as State Chief Commissioner and Chairman, VB Kapil – State Commissioner Scout, Madhu Behl State Commissioner Guide, Praveen Kumar- State Organizing Commissioner, Gurdeep Khokhar- State Treasurer, Dr Vinod Kumar -State Secretary, Prakash Chander Sharma – Joint Secretary Scout Section, Sarita Joint Secretary- Guide Section, Pushparaj- State Training Commissioner,Principal Anuja Sharma -State Organizing Commissioner , Pradeep Shukla- State Organising Commissioner Scout, Jyoti – State Head Quarter Commissioner Guide, Anju -State Head Quarter Commissioner Guide, Himani Sharma -State Head Quarter Commissioner Guide, and Anuradha was elected as State Head Quarter Commissioner Guide.
State Chief Commissioner and Chairman Ravindra Talwar while addressing said that along with urban areas, emphasis will be given on rural areas as well so that the work can be made better. In the growing technology era, new technology is being used. More coordination will be increased at state and national level. State Secretary, Chandigarh, Dr. Vinod Kumar, while expressing his views on the working style of Scouting and Guiding, said that Hindustan Scouts and Guides in his state is being appreciated by the public due to its optimistic views.
