Speakers gave information about the importance and nuances of media

Chandigarh 9 January 2024.
A joint media workshop of Bharatiya Janata Party, Chandigarh and Punjab State was organized at the Punjab BJP office, Sector 37, in which all the topics related to media were discussed and experts gave detailed information on different topics.
Sessions were held on the topics related to relations between media and social media, establishment of media centers in preparation for Lok Sabha elections, behavior of print media and spokespersons, discussion on achievements and policies of the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and ideological establishment.
In this workshop, on behalf of Chandigarh state, Chandigarh BJP media team included state vice president Kailash Chand Jain, Shakti Prakash Devshali, state secretary Sanjeev Rana, state spokesperson Dharendra Tayal, Gurpreet Dhillon, Vijay Rana and media and social media team’s Sukhwinder Singh Parmar, Mohinder Nirala. State and district members including Ajay Sharma, Sushil Jain, Arundeep Singh participated. In the concluding session of the workshop, Chandigarh BJP State President Jitendra Pal Malhotra participated as the chief guest and Organization General Secretary Manthari Srinivas presided over the session. On this occasion, State President Jitendra Pal Malhotra explained the importance of media in today’s context and said that media means print media, social media and electronic media. Its role has become so influential that it can never be ignored. The media is most capable of changing any thought process. Today within a few seconds the news of any incident spreads all over the world, this is the power of social media. Apart from social media, electronic media
And print media are also very important and the credibility of print media continues even today.
People trust print media the most so print media should never be ignored.
On behalf of Chandigarh state, former president Sanjay Tandon gave a speech on ideological foundation in the workshop, former president Arun Sood presided over the session on print media and behavior of spokespersons, while former MP Satyapal Jain presided over the session on preparation for Lok Sabha elections and establishment of media centres.
