Kumari Selja to lead demonstration on September 21 at Jind against the three black Acts of the NDA Government
Demonstrations will be held at all district headquarters: Kumari Selja
Chandigarh, September 18.
The Haryana Pradesh Congress is going to organize a State level dharna-demonstration on September 21, 2020, against the atrocities being let loose on farmers, labour and arhtias by the NDA Government in shape of three black Acts. Kumari Selja, President, Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee said that she will lead the demonstration at Court Mod, near PWD Rest House, Jind on that day at 10.00 a.m.
Kumari Selja has directed the Party rank and file to organize demonstrations and dharnas at all district headquarters on September 21, 2020 to raise their voice against these three black Acts. After these demonstrations Memorandum will be presented to the concerned Deputy Commissioners for the Hon’ble President of India requesting him not to give his assent to these black Acts.
Kumari Selja said that by these enactments, the NDA Government is striking at the root of the marketing system of the agriculture produce. This will bring the crony industrialists in the field of agriculture by the back door. The NDA Government by its wrong decisions like demonitisation, wrong implementation of GST, wrong handling of Covid-19 has made the life of the countrymen like a hell and now these black acts will further decimate the economy of the farmers as well as the common-man. She said that the Congress Party will continue its struggle relentlessly against the mis-governance of the NDA and BJP-JJP Governments.
The PCC President directed said that the Congress Party is used to fight the tyranny of the rulers. It had fought the British and is now ready to fight the suppression of the BJP Government in the shape of lathi charge and arrests etc. come what may.
