CII – Young Indians (Yi) Chandigarh Chapter Hosts Annual Session 2025; Announces New Leadership for 2026
The Young Indians (Yi) Chandigarh Chapter, an integral arm of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), concluded its Annual Session 2025 with enthusiasm, high member engagement, and a strong spirit of collaboration. The event brought together Yi members, partners, and key stakeholders to celebrate the chapter’s achievements and reflect on a year marked by impactful initiatives and community-focused action.
The Annual Session served as a culmination of a dynamic year that witnessed youth-led projects, meaningful interventions across Yi’s focus areas, and widespread community outreach. Members who made noteworthy contributions to the chapter’s growth were recognized during the evening, underscoring Yi Chandigarh’s culture of appreciation and leadership development.
Yi Chair 2025 Vijender Singh reflected on the chapter’s progress, stating:
“The year 2025 at Yi was a phenomenal one. We worked in the ecosystem with collaboration, camaraderie, and commitment. As a result, Yi Chandigarh is now touching over 10,000 lives in Chandigarh. It feels immensely proud to pass the baton into capable hands to take our mission ahead and facilitate new heights for the chapter.”
A highlight of the event was the introduction of the Yi Chandigarh Leadership Team for 2026, marking the beginning of a new phase powered by fresh ideas, renewed energy, and a deep commitment to further amplifying Yi’s impact.
Incoming Yi Chair 2026 Akshit Garg shared his vision for the year ahead:
“After a successful 2025, we now aim to expand our reach in 2026 while making a meaningful impact in society and for our members. With guidance from our former Chairs and CII, we wish to achieve our goals and make Yi Chandigarh a star chapter in the North Zone. I’m sure with the amazing team we have, we shall achieve this.”
