The Department disbursed the pension amounting to Rs. 314.12 lacs to 28223 beneficiaries under various Pension Schemes in the month of February, 2021.

Chandigarh.19th March,2021:The Department of Social Welfare, Women and Child Development, Chandigarh Administration is implementing the Social Security Pension Schemes viz. Old Age Pension, Financial Assistance to Widows and Destitute Women, Financial Assistance to the Dependant Children of Widows and Pension to Disabled persons. The payment under the schemes is being disbursed on monthly basis in Aadhaar seeded bank accounts of the beneficiaries. The Department disbursed the pension amounting to Rs. 314.12 lacs to 28223 beneficiaries under various Pension Schemes in the month of February, 2021.
