The School of Communication Studies, Panjab University today hosted  a special lecture on “Digital Journalism – Practice, Trends, and Prospects” by Mr. Atul Sangar, Former BBC Editor & Media Consultant.

Keynote Speaker Mr. Atul Sangar, with years  of experience in journalism, brought valuable insights into the world of digital journalism. Drawing from his extensive career, Mr. Sangar shared practical knowledge and industry trends during an engaging presentation accompanied by an interactive session.

Dr. Bhavneet Bhatti, Chairperson, School of Communication Studies, said “It has been an honour to have Mr. Atul Sangar among us. These sessions help our students to achieve the necessary skills and information in the field of journalism. Scs looks forward to organising many such helpful workshops.”

The interactive session provided students with a unique opportunity to engage directly with Mr. Sangar, fostering an insightful session on the evolving landscape of journalism in the digital age. Students also learned practical aspects of digital journalism and various job opportunities in this field.
