INSPIRE had organized its “Annual General Meeting-cum-Seminar” on Sunday, 25thSeptember-2022 at The First Hotel, Sector 43-B, Chandigarh. On this event a Seminar on the topic “Developing Good Communication Skills/Interpersonal Relations” was also organized for members of INSPIRE by Dr. Nayanika Singh, Assistant Professor, Psychology, MGSIPA, Chandigarh. The Guest Speaker explained to the members of this institution very elaborately covered topics viz. Levels of Communication, Barriers that can make our communication ineffective, Verbal Commnication, Public Speeking & extempore speeches, Presentation Skills, Tips for Good Presentation, Telephone/Mobile Phone Manners, Manners for Effective Listening and Written Communication.

Shri J.N. Bakshi, Advisor & Secretary General INSPIRE, while welcoming the INSPIRE fraternity to the Annual General Meeting-cum-Seminar also expressed his views that it is our constant endeavour to keep INSPIRE members abreast of their well-being by not meeting in person during Pandemic Covid-19, the Executive Council of INSPIRE decided to meet virtually and organized Webinars for its members during 2021-22. Shri D.M.S. Bedi, Chairman INSPIRE welcomed the Guest Speaker by presenting a Bouquete, introduced Dr. Nayanika Singh to INSPIRE Fraternity and read out her brief Profile. After the Seminar, Members of INSPIRE reassembled for its Annual General Meeting and after deliberations some important decisions were also taken to strengthen the institution.

INSPIRE (Institution for Secretarial Practices & Development) – is a non-profit voluntary body of secretarial practitioners in Tricity, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 in 1998 at Chandigarh. A large number of its members participated in the Annual General Mecting-cum-Seminar.
