In view of making mobile users aware of their rights and Cyber related Frauds a special session was organized on Wednesday at JOYLAND MONTESSORI SCHOOL Sector 38 C. This session was organized by Citizens Awareness Group in association with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).Sh.Surinder Verma ChairmanCAG while welcoming participants said that the objective of the session is to provide a platform to representatives of Telecom Service Providers to interact with Consumers to aware of the challenges in the mobile sector and other initiatives started by Government.

General Secretary while hosting the program highlighted on TRAI guidelines and said that this initiative will help all consumers to be more careful about their mobile devices.Constable Yudhveer Singh said that the vision of Chandigarh Police and Cyber Security Team is to educate consumers about Cyber Frauds and consumers consumers do not feel cheated at any point.
