Under the nationwide celebration of Atmanirbhar Saptah, Chandigarh BJP has conducted a webinar for the beneficiaries of Atamnirbhar Bharat. This webinar was addressed by Anurag Thakur, Union State Minister for Finance, Arun Sood State President, BJP Chandigarh along with Sh. Balachandran, DGM, Central bank of India & Sh. Lalit Mohan, DGM, SBI. The webinar was attended by Bankers, Traders, Businessman, Street Vendors, Self Help Ladies Group, Start ups, Industrialists etc.

Addressing the attendees Anurag Thakur, explained that the real meaning of Aatm nirbhar is that any person, village or country should be self dependent and should not depend on anything else. If we are self dependent we don’t have to depend on any other thing. That is why PM Narendra Modi has decided to come ahead with Atam Nirbhar Yojna worth 20 lakh crore, to handle the economy during Covid 19 pandemic. Anurag Thakur said as per the instructions of PM Modi ji sanctioned 20 lakh crore to ease Daily workers, labourers, farmers, small shopkeepers, vendors, rickshaw pillars, cottage industries, SMEs, MSMEs, middle class, every section has been given some relief or the other.

He said that 3 lakh crores have been approved to support MSMEs, and E commerce, many declarations have been made to support farmers, the under privileged, immigrant labourers, few facilities are one nation, one ration card. He also said, that GOI will shortly come up with affordable rental housing scheme under which immigrant labours where ever they live cheap accommodation will be provided to them. Every street vendor will be eligible to get a loan of 10000. Talking about farmers he said that opposition is misleading the farmers where as prime minister has a sure again and again that MSP will exist as it always was, Mandi system will also stay in place but another avenue for farmers has been opened to improve their income and earnings.

BJP President Arun Sood welcomed the chief guest and all speakers. Arun Sood said that under the Atamnirbhar Bharat the PM Narender Modi has made an appeal to every Indian to stand for local for vocal campaign and to make our country AtamNirbhar on every aspect. Arun Sood further insisted on on buying local made products, which are the part of local for vocal and he said that Government of India has decided to uplift each and every citizen from all walks of life.

Arun Sood also shared all the Welfare works carried out by BJP Chandigarh during covid-19 pandemic and he explained the zeal with which BJP workers work for the society. He said that only because of the farsighted approach of PM Modi India has successfully passed through the most difficult Times and the death rate is lowest among all the developed countries.

Kailash Chand Jain , State Spokesperson made the attendees aware of all other aspects of AtamNirbhar Bharat and the economic relief packages approved by PM and he also thanked the PM on behalf of the Businessman community. The bakers were also facilitataed and honoured by Bhartiya Janata party for working day and night during Covid-19 pandemic time.

On this Occasion the book written by banker Bipin Gupta: “ getting it right @60” was also released by Anurag Thakur & Arun Sood. The webinar was also attended by BJP president Arun Sood, Sanjay Tandon, Member National Council, BJP, Kiran Kher MP, former MP Satyapal Jain, BJP , Chander Shekhar, Ramvir Bhatti, both State General Secretaries, State Spokesperson Kailash Chand Jain, Dhirendra Tayal, Gurpreet Dhillon, Naresh Arora, Shipra Bansal, Gaurav Goel along with all district president, Yuva Morcha President along with industrialists, street vendors, Bank employees and beneficiaries of Atam Nirbhar Yojna.
