Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra Nawan Nagar (VMRK) Continues Exemplary Acts of Charity with Donation of Water Coolers to PGIMER

Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra Nawan Nagar, Dist. Panchkula, Haryana (VMRK), a well known philanthropic organisation, is setting new benchmarks in its charity campaign. In a significant contribution, VMRK has donated five water coolers with water purifiers, each with a capacity of 80 liters, to PGI Chandigarh.

Expressing his gratitude to VMRK, Prof. Vivek Lal Director PGIMER stated, “The dedication of organizations like VMRK in supporting healthcare facilities is commendable. Their consistent efforts in providing essential resources significantly enhance our ability to serve patients and their families effectively. VMRK’s recent donation of water coolers and purifiers is a testament to their unwavering support and commitment to public health.”

Prof. Vipin Koushal, Medical Superintendent cum Head, Deptt. of Hospital Administration, PGIMER reiterated as he said , “PGIMER Chandigarh, which experiences a high influx of patients and their attendants, faced an increased need for pure drinking water due to the ongoing heat wave in North India. VMRK stepped in to address this necessity by providing high-quality water purifiers and coolers to the institute

“VMRK has been a consistent supporter of PGIMER Chandigarh, having previously donated essential resources such as ventilators, wheelchairs, blankets, PPE kits, and manpower during critical times” added Prof. Koushal.

Mr. Manmohan Singh, representing VMRK at the donation event, highlighted the organization’s commitment to serving humanity under the spiritual guidance of Sant Baljit Singh Ji. He mentioned that VMRK extends its charitable activities to challenging terrains, organizing free medical camps and Langar facilities along the Adi Kailash Yatra and Shri Amarnath Yatra routes. VMRK also provides crucial medical services and free food to devotees during the annual Kawar camps.

Mr. Singh thanked PGIMER Director and Medical Superintendent for giving VMRK the opportunity to support those in need. Reaffirming VMRK’s commitment to providing assistance during any crisis, he said ”We are honored to contribute to the well-being of the community and will continue our efforts to serve humanity, especially during these challenging times. “
