Nitish Singla, SDM (East) issued orders under section 133/138 of Cr PC on 6.1.2023 regarding seizure of sound system in two Clubs namely, Grapho and Vault in Sector 7 Chandigarh for continuously playing music in the said clubs above the permissible norms.
Accordingly acting in the orders of the SDM ( East), a team consisting of Vinay Chaudhary Tehsildar, Maninder Singh SHO-26, Sushil Dogra, Scientist Pollution Cell and Parveen Mittal today seized all the sound producing instruments including all the speakers and amplifiers of Clubs Grapho and Vault.
