Chandigarh 31 March 2018: Sri Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Hanumant Dham Mandir at Sector 40-B by Mahila Sundar Kand Sabha. On this occasion hundreds of devotees from Tricity reached here to take part in the celebration.
First, havan and flag hoisting was held in the temple and after that the collective Shri Sunderkand recital was held with great spirit. Mahila Sundar Kand President Sabha Nina Tiwari, Ranju Grover, Prem Lata, Pal Sharma, Raj Suri, Sudarshan Sharma were also present on the occasion.
Sabha president Nina Tiwari performed the grand Maha aarti of Hanuman ji with 251 lamps and then offered a 51 Kg Navratan cake to Hanuman ji.
Devotees were distributed Sankatmochan Gada as a prasad which was proved by the mantras. By keeping this Gada in the house people can get relief from all their suffering.
