Chandigarh 12th August 2018 :BharatiyaJanata Party Chandigarh State President Sanjay Tandon along with party official bearer visited the KhudaLahora Colony and talked with the local residents about entering the rain and dirty drainage water in their houses.
This information was provided by RavinderPathania, convener of the Media Department of the BharatiyaJanata Party. He told that when Sanjay Tandon was shocked to see the miserable situation there. Local residents complained that during rainy seasons, drainage system of this area is totally failed. Most of the Drainage are chocked and when rain comes, the water enter in their houses. Dirty Water of sewage is also entering in their houses. The place was filled with filth and dirty water.According to the locals, they also have a sense of filth in their homes drinking water.People said that there is a lot of panic inside the local people and they are afraid if serious illness takes place due to filth and dirty water. Therefore, this problem should be resolved.State President Sanjay Tandon informed Deputy Commissioner AjitBalaji Joshi, municipal commissioner KK Yadav and Chief Engineer Municipal Corporation Manoj Bansal about the worst condition of the Colony and discussed with them to sort out this serious problem of the Colony residents on priority basis. All the above officers assured Tandon that the administration would initiate the proceedings and solve all the problems of the people on priority basis.Local people expressed special gratitude to the state President Sanjay Tandon for this. He was accompanied with District President Jitendra Malhotra, mandal president Rajesh Mahajan, Sanjay Puriand S C Gupta .
