Sandeep’s blistering 83 Off 27 balls helped team no 318 to win
Chandigarh, A sensational knock of 83 runs off just 27 balls by Sandeep Kumar powered Team No. 318 to a commanding win over Team No. 319 on the ninth day of the Gully Cricket Tournament being organized by the UT Cricket Association in collaboration with Chandigarh Police.
The match played at GMHS, Sector 29A witnessed team 318 post a formidable total of 170/3 in the allotted 10 overs. Sandeep was in explosive form who smashed 12 sixes and two boundaries in his whirlwind innings. In response, Team 319 could only manage 124/5, falling short by 46 runs.
The tournament is being conducted on a knockout basis and a total of 385 matches has been played so far. The grand finale is scheduled to be played on May 11.
