Rachna Singh got Gold Medal for coming first in Naturopathy and Yoga(NDDY)
Chandigarh: Rachna Singh got first position by scoring in the examinations of Naturopathy and Yoga (NDDY). She was honored with gold medal, memento and degree in the convocation organized by Gandhi National Academy of Naturopathy, New Delhi. This honor was given by the hands of Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University and Dr. Puneet Malik, Secretary of Gandhi Smarak Prakritik Chikitsa Samiti, New Delhi.
Dr. Rachna Singh told that she has done three and a half year course of Naturopathy and Yoga conducted by Gandhi National Academy of Naturopathy and Yoga, New Delhi. Dr. Rachna Singh further told that she applies Naturopathy and Yoga on herself. She practices Yoga regularly and if she has any disease, she cures it through Naturopathy only. In modern medical style, the disease is suppressed but in Naturopathy, the disease is eradicated from its root. In this, emphasis is given on the reason why the disease occurred and the disease is removed by purifying the body. By doing this the disease does not come back again and again. While giving the message, he said that every person should adopt naturopathy and yoga so that he can stay healthy.
