* Directs Officials to Provide Hassle-Free Public Services to the Chandigarh residents

Chandigarh, August 27 :
The Punjab Governor and Administrator, UT Chandigarh, Sh. Gulab Chand Kataria, today held a Public Hearing at the UT Secretariat, where a large number of citizens from across Chandigarh participated and shared their concerns regarding personal issues, civic amenities and public services.
The Governor patiently heard each grievance and directed the officials concerned officials to ensure that prompt, effective, and hassle-free services are delivered to the public. He categorically directed that there should not be any delay in grievance redressal and essential services must reach citizens without obstacles.
Earlier in the day, the Governor also met Olympic Gold Medalist Abhinav Bindra to review the progress of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Chandigarh Administration’s Sports and Education Department and the Abhinav Bindra Foundation Trust. He appreciated the initiatives being undertaken under the collaboration and emphasized the importance of collective efforts in transforming Chandigarh into a vibrant sports hub capable of nurturing young talent and inspiring future champions.
