Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh attended the 45th Governing Body Meeting of Consortium for Educational Communication(CEC) in the capacity of Member of this body. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Jagat Bhushan Nadda, Director, CEC. PU VC in his participation, gave suggestions related to expansion, diversification of activities, short term and long term strategy and overseas centre of CEC.
