Under the leadership of District President Ravinder Malik, District Shyama Prasad Mukherjee of Bharatiya Janata Party Chandigarh organized the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Training Workshop on the 14th and 15th. The workshop witnessed the participation of Mandal office bearers from Mandal No. 19, 21, and 34, Booth Presidents, Shakti Kendra Pramukhs, and all state-level office bearers associated with these Mandals. Dedicated party workers participated enthusiastically and received important organizational guidance during the workshop.
The main objective of this training workshop was to strengthen party workers organizationally from time to time, connect them more deeply with the ideology of the party, and prepare them to effectively carry forward the work of the organization. During the workshop, various speakers shared their views in detail on the functioning of the organization, strategies to strengthen the party at the booth level, the role of party workers, and ways to take the party’s policies and achievements to every section of society through public service.
The speakers emphasized that Bharatiya Janata Party is an ideology-based organization whose greatest strength lies in its dedicated and active workers. Through such training programs organized from time to time, the party strengthens its workers both ideologically and organizationally so that they can work more effectively among the people. These workshops energize the workers and motivate them to advance the goals of the organization with full dedication.
At the end of the program, State President Jitender Pal Malhotra addressed the gathering and encouraged all workers. He said that every worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party is a pillar of the organization’s strength. He urged all workers to remain continuously active in taking the party’s ideology to the masses and to consider service to society as their highest duty. He also stated that such training workshops play an important role in strengthening the organization.
The program concluded with all workers resolving to work with complete dedication to further strengthen the organization and fulfill their responsibilities toward society.
