There was meeting between PU officials and students over the mess and canteen rate issue.
During meeting following reduction in prices were decided:
Regular meal for boys: From Rs 40 to 39.00
Regular meal for girls: From Rs 38.50 to 37.50
From Rs 48 to 45.50 (special diet)
Compulsory diets now reduced to 15 from 30.
