KALEIDOSCOPE -2024 ORGANIZED BY ST. ANNE’S
The highly anticipated Kaleidoscope 2024, a three-day event of inter school
competitions, was successfully organized by St. Anne’s Convent School, Sec 32
C, Chandigarh from 1st August 2024 to 3rd August 2024 in the memory of Late
Rt. Rev. Bishop Gilbert Blaize Rego.
The event brought together a massive pool of students and teachers from various
schools of tricity for a vibrant celebration of talent and creativity. Not only the
exceptional talents of various tricity schools were highlighted but also a sense of
community and shared pride was fostered.
The first day commenced with an exhilarating opening ceremony, featuring
performances that set an energetic tone for the event. The Chief Guest for
Kaleidoscope 2024 was Rt. Rev Bishop Ignatius Loyola Mascarenhas, Bishop of
Simla-Chandigarh diocese. The event was also graced by Rev. Father Ambrose,
Rev. Father Julian Pradeep, Rev. Father John Vianney and Rev. Father Lancy
Paul.
The event received the constant guidance and motivation of the School Manager
Rev.Fr. Ambrose and Principal Sr. Siji. The participants showcased diverse
talents in the ‘Dress Up and Speak competition and the ‘English Declamation
competition drawing significant admiration.
Day two maintained the momentum with the artistic wave of creativity with the
‘Poster Making and ‘Folk Dance’ competitions. The enthusiasm and competitive
spirit were palpable, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and excellence.
The final day featured the Interschool IT Carnival’ encompassing IT competitions
in various disciplines. The event culminated in a grand closing with the Overall
Championship bagged by St. Anne’s Convent School, Chandigarh and the
Runners Up Trophy by Delhi Public School, Chandigarh.
