Chandigarh, 27th August 2018 : Education Department invited application in the year 2016 from Serving /Retired Bureaucrats, Doctors, Judicial Officers, Journalists, Engineers, Defense Officers, Advocates and other professionals who are interested in teaching the school students on voluntary basis once a week (for maximum one hour or one lecture) in Govt. Schools. Good number of interested Serving/retired officers/professionals conveyed their subject/field of expertise, preferred Govt. school where they want to teach and suitable time of teaching. Later on from time to time many such Serving/Retired Professionals/Officers submitted their applications and offered their services. Seeing the enthusiasm of such Professional/Officers, Education Department is again inviting applications from Serving/Retired Bureaucrats, Doctors, Judicial Officers, Journalists, Engineers, Defense Officers, Education Department is again inviting applications from Serving/Retired Bureaucrats, Doctors, Judicial Officers, Journalists, Engineers, Defence Officers, Advocates and other professionals who are interested in teaching the school students on voluntary basis once a week (for maximum one hour or one lecture) in Govt. Schools. Willingness in writing may be submitted by 31st August 2018 to the Director School Education, Additional Deluxe Building, Sector-9, Chandigarh either by post or on the email ID: dpi-chd@nic.in . No honorarium/allowance will be paid. Department reserves the light to invite the empanelled professionals as per the requirement. The volunteer teachers who are already rendering their services in various Govt. schools need not apply again .
