Dr. Paramjeet Singh, Professor of department of Radiodiagnosis, PGIMER takes charge over as New President of Chandigarh Chapter of India Radiological Imaging Association (IRIA)

Dr. Paramjeet Singh, Professor of department of Radiodiagnosis, PGIMER has taken charge as New President of Chandigarh Chapter of India Radiological Imaging Association (IRIA) for the year 2021-2022 with Dr. Tulika Singh, Additional Professor, Radiodiagnosis as a General Secretary. Chandigarh Chapter is a local branch of National body of IRIA.
This association conducts various educational programs for the radiologist by organizing different conferences and CMEs which are widely attended by radiologists and practitioners from Northern India. In addition this association also works for social welfare with its “Raksha Program” for upliftment of girl child by different activities. The charge was handed over by the past executive team on 5th April 2021 in the presence of Dr. M.S Sandhu President Elect, Dr. Mahesh Prakash Past President and Dr. Naveen Kalra Past Secretary during the ceremony.
