Chandigarh Soars in Patriotism with 100-Foot Tricolour Rally Celebrating Operation Sindoor

Today, Chandigarh’s iconic Sector 17 Plaza witnessed a powerful wave of patriotism as thousands of citizens joined a grand rally celebrating the success of Operation Sindoor. Organized by Kartavyanishth Sanstha, the event featured a 100-foot-long Indian National Flag carried proudly by participants as chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram” echoed across the city.
The rally was graced by Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria, who addressed the gathering with words of appreciation and urged the youth to stay devoted to the nation’s progress and unity.

Addressing the crowd, BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh said:

The rally drew wide participation from ex-servicemen, students, youth groups, and social workers, who turned the event into a vibrant celebration of unity, discipline, and national pride.
Sanjeev Rana, Media In-charge of Kartavyanishth Sanstha, said:
“This rally is a tribute to our brave martyrs and a wake-up call for the youth to commit to a drug-free and united India.”
The event also served as a prelude to the main commemorative ceremony scheduled for June 1, where families of martyrs will be formally honored.
