SBI Donates Wheelchairs and Barricades to PGIMER to Enhance Patient Care

In a momentous gesture of corporate social responsibility, State Bank of India (SBI) has donated 75 wheelchairs and 160 barricades to PGIMER to enhance the accessibility and comfort of patients within the esteemed institute.
Prof. Vivek Lal, Director PGIMER, expressed heartfelt gratitude for SBI’s generous contribution, highlighting the enduring relationship between the two organizations as he stated, “The relationships that endure transcend mere transactions. Coincidentally Both Prof. Vivek Lal and Mr. Krishan Sharma, having been educated at Kendriya Vidyalaya and sharing an Army background, connected on a personal level, recounting anecdotes that illustrated the rich value system promoted by their institutions.
The donation ceremony was attended by dignitaries including Prof. R.K. Ratho, Dean (Academics); Prof. Vipin Koushal, Medical Superintendent; Dr. R.S. Bhogal from the Department of Hospital Administration, PGIMER, among others.
