Big blow to Aam Aadmi Party, Councilor Lakhbir Singh Billu joins BJP

Impressed by the working style of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the policies of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Lakhbir Singh Billu, councilor from ward number 31 of Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, said goodbye to the Aam Aadmi Party and Joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of BJP state president Jitendra Pal Malhotra, MP Kirron Kher and former president Sanjay Tandon. Others workers of AAP Kulbir Singh, Manpreet Kumar, Pappu and Ashok Kumar also joined BJP today. State President Jitendra Pal Malhotra welcomed him into the party wearing the party patka and flower garland.

On this occasion, State President Jitendra Pal Malhotra said that Bharatiya Janata Party is the only party which is completely dedicated to serving the country and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is engaged in serving the countrymen every moment. Under his leadership, the country is on the path of progress and is moving towards becoming a world leader again. Attracted by these public welfare schemes of the Prime Minister, many people are joining BJP every day. In this context, while welcoming Lakhbir Singh, he said that the arrival of Councilor Lakhbir Singh will strengthen the party and he will be given due respect in the party.

Councilor Lakhbir Singh Billu said that he is impressed by the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a lot of development work has been done in Chandigarh under the leadership of BJP, influenced by these things he has joined BJP. He said he is very happy with the completion of Ram Temple construction work, which has further inspired him to join BJP.
On this occasion, State General Secretary Hukam Chand, Amit Jindal, State Vice President Devendra Singh Babla, Ramveer Bhatti, Kailash Chand Jain, Jagtar Singh Jagga, Raj Kishore, Senior Deputy Mayor Kanwar Rana, Deputy Mayor Harjeet Singh, all councilors and state officials were present.
