Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh is going to organise a blood Donation Camp and Medical Health Check up Camp with the support of Neelam Hospital on 27th January (Saturday) at Aryans Campus.
The blood donation camp and Health Check Camp would be organised with the support Neelam Hospital wherein a team of doctors and specialists of Orthopaedics, Dentistry, Medicine, Blood Tansfusion etc would visit Aryans Campus for blood donation and free medical health check up and prescriptions to localised Village people.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group while motivating the students and local people of the Villages told the importance of donating blood. Kataria said that person can save 3 lives from 1 unit blood and these camps not only provide blood to the blood banks but also are a great boon to the thalassemia and leukemia patients who need blood infusions frequently.
Prof B.S Sidhu, Registrar, Aryans Group said that such camps will kindle a spirit of social service in the students and community. While the free health checkup camp would help the local people to get their free check up done and knowledge about their personal hygiene, care, medication etc.
