Since its inception in 2023, the Rewari centre has been offering a comprehensive range of advanced fertility treatments, including IVF and IUI, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for couples from Rewari and neighbouring areas facing reproductive challenges.

The Rewari centre has seen many success stories over the last two years but one of the more interesting ones would be that of a couple, who were married for 12 years. It was a case of advanced maternal age, teratozoospermia, among multiple other hurdles. The woman had a low ovarian reserve and had suffered five consecutive pregnancy losses. They had already been through two failed IVF cycles at other centres. The husband also had teratozoospermia, a condition affecting sperm quality, which further increased complications for conception.
When they came to Birla Fertility & IVF’s Rewari centre, they had been trying for years and were feeling emotionally drained. After a detailed assessment, the doctors put together a treatment plan based on their medical history and past experiences and the couple decided to go ahead with one more IVF cycle.
The IVF was done with their own eggs and sperm, and the formed embryos were put through Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A). The euploid embryo was transferred in a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) cycle, which then led to conception in the first attempt itself. Months later, the couple got to hold a beautiful child in their arms – a moment they had envisioned for years. Their journey showcases that the right medical expertise, advanced technology, and a personalised approach can make parenthood possible, even in complex cases. Their story is a reminder that, with the right medical care and personalised approach, even the most complicated cases can have a happy ending.
